Secondly, their selection is based upon their ability to build rapport and engage with students. Thirdly, our strict recruitment standards ensure each tutor is meticulously interviewed, enhanced DBS checked and fully vetted, with references followed up and academic qualifications confirmed. Our Safeguarding Handbook explains our commitment in greater detail and we provide a clear code of conduct for tutors and clients to follow.
